Update: Individual Conductive Plans Completed for All Clients

Over the past week, Conductive Education Southern has been busy reviewing and updating every Individual Conductive Plan (ICP) across our service. Each plan has now been collaboratively refreshed to reflect current goals, strengths, and priorities for every child and adult we support.

These updated plans were developed together with clients, families, and our team to ensure they remain meaningful, achievable, and aligned with each person’s development and daily life. We appreciate the time and thoughtful input provided by whānau throughout this process.

With all plans now up to date, our team is already integrating the new goals into daily sessions. We are seeing great engagement, steady progress, and plenty of proud moments as clients work towards their next steps in mobility, communication, problem‑solving, and independence.
